Responsibilities
· Identify new business opportunities in line with company direction and strategy including but not limited to transport and warehousing for integrated Logistics businesses; prepare business development plans and conduct systematic prospecting.
· Sell integrated solutions to customers enhancing network synergies.
· Generate profitable sales from new accounts that meet and exceed business revenue goals.
· Prepare & deliver professional presentations, proposal, and marketing materials, while monitoring sales leads and responses.
· Coordinate marketing and pricing strategies in relation to bid opportunities.
· Collaborate with regional offices and overseas agents in sales solicitation.
Requirements
· Higher Diploma or Degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of professional sales experience in the transport, freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain solutions industry.
· Able to identify business opportunity with strong market knowledge in Hong Kong and China.
· Established connections within the logistics industry preferred.
· Excellent communication skills and highly self-motivated.
· Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English, including Mandarin.
· Problem-solving mindset and proven ability to work effectively as a team player.
· Strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities.
· Demonstrate success in developing new business.
· Willing to travel occasionally as required by project needs.
