We are seeking a talented Senior Field Sales Manager (Head of Field) to lead our field organisation in Belux. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring execution excellence in-store, and building a high-performing field team that delivers strong business impact across our retail partners.
You will play a key role in translating commercial strategy into flawless execution, while developing the capabilities of the team and continuously improving ways of working.
Your responsibilities:
- Define and execute a clear Field Sales Strategy that delivers sustainable growth, increases market share, and supports business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Field Sales Team, creating an environment where people can grow, succeed, and perform at their best.
- Build a strong performance culture through clear objectives, regular follow-up, and continuous feedback.
- Drive in-store execution excellence, ensuring the highest standards in distribution, availability, visibility, and promotional execution.
- Translate customer plans into impactful field actions, working closely with Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to maximise results.
- Use data and insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and implement actions that improve field effectiveness and business outcomes.
- Act as the voice of the field, bringing market insights, shopper feedback, and recommendations to help shape commercial decisions and continuously improve ways of working.
Ensure efficient resource allocation, including team planning, tools, and materials, to maximise field productivity.
About You
To be successful in this role, you bring:
- A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in Field Sales and a strong understanding of the retail and FMCG environment.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams, with a passion for helping people grow and perform at their best.
- A proven ability to drive sales growth and deliver strong in-store execution through clear priorities and effective follow-up.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, enabling you to turn data into action and influence stakeholders across different functions.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English, both written and spoken.
