Sales & Customer Management
• Independently handling customer inquiries—both technical and commercial—following appropriate training
• Preparing, pricing, and tracking quotes according to specifications
• Actively supporting existing customers and building long-term business relationships
• Planning and conducting customer visits (together with experienced colleagues in the initial phase)
• Assisting with product presentations and technical coordination with the customer
• Working closely with internal departments (laboratory, production, development) to achieve optimal customer solutions
Technical Support & Laboratory
• Conducting laboratory work according to specifications to support customer projects
• Processing customer samples and color formulations
• Assisting with complaint handling (analysis, documentation, feedback to sales)
• Participating in tests and simple test series in the lab
• Documenting and communicating results
Profile
• Bachelor’s degree, technical degree, or vocational training, ideally in chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering, or a related field
• Some practical experience is a plus
• Strong interest in the sales of technical products
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with customers
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Good command of German and English
• Willingness to travel for customer visits (approx. 20–30%)
This position is for a fixed term of 3 years.
