Job Description:

Department Description:

At Disney, we’re storytellers. We make the impossible, possible. The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) is a world-class entertainment and technological leader. Walt’s passion was to continuously envision new ways to move audiences around the world—a passion that remains our touchstone in an enterprise that stretches from theme parks, resorts and a cruise line to sports, news, movies and a variety of other businesses. Uniting each endeavor is a commitment to creating and delivering unforgettable experiences — and we’re constantly looking for new ways to enhance these exciting experiences.

The Enterprise Technology mission is to deliver technology solutions that align to business strategies while enabling enterprise efficiency and promoting cross-company collaborative innovation. Our group drives competitive advantage by enhancing our consumer experiences, enabling business growth, and advancing operational excellence.

The Global Information Security (GIS) organization strives to secure the magic by employing best-in-class services to assess, prevent, detect, and respond to cyber threats that present risk to The Walt Disney Company. We enable the business by integrating enterprise and business segment-specific supported services to create a robust, efficient, and adaptable cybersecurity program. Our key objectives are to:

  • Secure the Magic by protecting information systems and platforms.

  • Reduce Risk by proactively assessing, preventing, and detecting to prevent harm to the Company and our Guests.

Team Description:

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) – Organizational Change Management (OCM) team is responsible for driving the successful adoption, communication, and behavioral change required to implement IAM capabilities across the enterprise. We ensure that identity transformations are understood, embraced, and effectively utilized by business and technical stakeholders, enabling secure access practices at scale without disrupting operations.

Our mission is to shift IAM initiatives from purely technical deployments to fully adopted, business-integrated capabilities—embedding clear communication, stakeholder alignment, training, and user readiness into every change. We partner closely with security, engineering, and business teams to reduce resistance, accelerate adoption, and ensure IAM controls are not only deployed, but consistently used and sustained across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support organizational readiness assessments and recommend targeted interventions to improve adoption.

  • Partner with project managers and product teams to integrate change activities into overall delivery plans.

Stakeholder Engagement & Readiness

  • Partner with business leaders, IAM product owners, and project teams to understand organizational impacts and adoption challenges.

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and change champions across business and technology functions.

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gather insights and support decision-making.

  • Monitor stakeholder sentiment and proactively address areas of resistance or concern.

  • Support executive sponsors by providing guidance, messaging, and engagement strategies.

Communications & Adoption Support

  • Develop and execute communication strategies that clearly articulate IAM-related changes, benefits, and expectations.

  • Collaborate with communications specialists and content creators to produce user-focused messaging and adoption materials.

  • Support the development of FAQs, job aids, quick reference guides, training materials, and knowledge articles.

  • Ensure communications are timely, consistent, and tailored to various audience groups.

  • Create presentations and executive-ready materials to support change readiness and adoption efforts.

Training & Organizational Readiness

  • Partner with training teams and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and support training development.

  • Coordinate training readiness activities and support delivery of IAM-related learning experiences.

  • Assist in developing reinforcement strategies to sustain behavioral change following implementation.

  • Track training participation, readiness metrics, and adoption indicators.

  • Support development and execution of change champion and stakeholder enablement programs.

Adoption Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and monitor change management success metrics, including adoption, engagement, and readiness indicators.

  • Collect and analyze feedback from stakeholders and end users to identify improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
