Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the processing operations in a cosmetic manufacturing unit.
- Ensure efficient and timely filling, capping, labelling, and packaging of cosmetic products according to specified orders.
- Monitor quantity and quality of products during processing to maintain standards and meet customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to prioritize tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
- Train and guide staff on proper processing techniques and safety procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the processing area to uphold hygiene standards.
- Monitor and record data related to processing activities for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or deviations from standards.
- Collaborate with other departments such as quality control, logistics, and maintenance to resolve any operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in cosmetic manufacturing or related industry.
- Strong understanding of processing techniques and equipment used in cosmetic production.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments.
