Eligibility:
- Must be a Graduate / Post graduate, or equivalent experience in film, television, animation, or gaming preferred
- Must have good understanding of written and oral instructions.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and accurately with all levels of personnel.
- Must have the ability to pay close attention to details.
- Must have the ability to Follow-up effectively & be consistent.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks & work under production time constraints.
- Equipped with uncommon common sense
- Good Interpersonal & Problem Solving Skills
- An Art, Cinema buff and if u love to read you are possibly at the right place
Desired Candidates Skill:
- Unflappable with the personal fortitude to push back when necessary.
- The courage and confidence to create an environment where people are comfortable speaking up
- Must have Strong ability to Organize tasks.
- Must be aware of Administration & Operations
- Anticipation: listen and be one step ahead of what’s going on
- Excellent communicator of accurate and efficient information.
- Learning by watching and asking: observe what’s happening, use your initiative and ask questions at the appropriate time
- Taking instruction: listen carefully, respond quickly to requests, stay calm under pressure and be helpful whenever you can
