Sales Engineer

Join one of Malaysia’s fast-growing Audio Visual (AV) system integrators ! We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and technology to grow our AV solutions business. You will be supported by a strong technical and project team, allowing you to focus on building client relationships and closing deals. Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in AV and integrated technology solutions
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial clients
3. Understand customer needs and propose suitable AV solutions (with technical team support)
4. Prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations
5. Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to achieve targets
6. Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
7. Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth project execution
8. Gather market insights to support business growth

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided)
3. Sales experience is an added advantage but not required
4. Able to communicate in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients)
5. Strong interest in sales, business development, and client engagement
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Self-motivated, results-driven, and willing to learn
8. Possess own transport and willing to travel
