As Head of Global Asset Reliability Program, you will define and drive Zentiva's vision for asset reliability, partnering with manufacturing sites to build sustainable reliability capabilities that maximize asset performance, strengthen operational excellence, and support our mission of delivering high-quality affordable medicines to millions of patients.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Defines and deploys the global Asset Reliability Strategy, standards, and methodologies across the manufacturing network.
• Establishes governance processes to ensure consistent implementation of reliability best practices at all sites.
• Develops the reliability roadmap aligned with business, operational, and capital investment priorities.
• Monitors program effectiveness through standardized KPIs, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Develops training programs, technical standards, and knowledge-sharing platforms to enhance reliability capabilities across the organization.
• Acts as the global technical authority on asset reliability methodologies and best practices.
• Drives the adoption of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), risk-based maintenance (RBM), predictive maintenance (PdM), and condition monitoring technologies.
• Leads criticality assessments and reliability studies to optimize maintenance and asset management strategies.
• Defines asset care programs to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
• Collaborates with Engineering and Capital Project teams to improve asset maintainability and lifecycle cost performance.
• Supports equipment obsolescence management and long-term asset replacement planning.
• Promotes Life Cycle Costing (LCC) methodologies for investment decision-making.
• Establishes an integrated Reliability Operating Model across the manufacturing network.
• Drives implementation of TPM and Autonomous Maintenance principles where appropriate.

WHAT YOU BRING

To succeed in this role, you will combine deep technical expertise in asset reliability with strong leadership and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global manufacturing organization. You are passionate about driving sustainable improvements, building capabilities, and ensuring manufacturing assets consistently perform at their best.

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Fluent English with the ability to communicate effectively across a global organization.
• Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Extensive expertise in Asset Reliability Programs, reliability methodologies, and maintenance strategies.
• Strong understanding of GMP requirements and compliance in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven training, coaching, and capability-building skills.
• Solid experience in developing, implementing, and continuously improving Asset Reliability Programs.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Demonstrated track record in implementing Reliability Programs within manufacturing environments.
