Description

Osborne Coinage is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team specializing in precious metals, numismatic coins, collectible coins, and commemorative medallions. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys connecting with collectors, investors, dealers and distributors while helping drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with collectors, investors, dealers and distributors
• Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and outbound sales activities
• Promote and sell precious metal products, minting capacity, collectible coins, and commemorative medallions programs
• Provide expert product recommendations based on customer interests and objectives
• Source and promote licensed precious metal coin and medallion programs to prospective customers
• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities to maximize conversion rates
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM / Group Sales funnel system
• Support the internal product development group
• Stay current on market trends, product releases, and industry developments

What are we looking for?

• 4-year degree plus 3 years related sales experience (preferred)
• Proven success in sales, business development, or account management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Self-motivated with a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in precious metals, collectibles, luxury goods, financial services, or a related industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of numismatics and coin collecting is an asset.
