What You’ll Do:
- Build and lead Baywood’s growth, business development, referral, and community engagement strategy
- Develop strong referral relationships with hospitals, clinics, rehab facilities, senior communities, case managers, discharge planners, social workers, and county agencies

- Manage a structured referral and business development pipeline, from first outreach to new client
- Represent Baywood at community events, conferences, networking events, and presentations
- Partner with operations, intake, scheduling, and clinical leadership to make sure growth matches service capacity
- Set and track growth goals and KPIs, including referral volume, conversion rates, and new clients
- Report regularly to the President on results, trends, and return on outreach and sponsorship activities
What You’ll Need:
- Experience in home care or healthcare (required)
- Significant experience in business development, community relations, referral development, or healthcare sales
- A track record of building relationships that produced measurable business growth
- Leadership experience developing and carrying out organizational strategy
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and networking skills
- Ability to use data to prioritize opportunities and measure results
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent local travel
- Availability for occasional evening and weekend events
