About The Collective:
The Silver Hill Collective is new, but its programs aren’t. Ellenhorn has been treating the most difficult-to-engage psychiatric clients in the community for twenty years. Accord is pioneering metabolic approaches to mental health. Silver Hill New York is integrating technology into care that informs treatment. We're bringing them together under shared infrastructure and building the Human Resources team to meet the needs of the growing group.
Position Summary:
The Human Resources and Benefits Assistant provides hands on administrative and operational support across the HR function, focusing on benefits administration and day to day HR processes. Working closely with the Senior HR Manager, the Human Resources and Benefits Assistant will support company benefits administration, key HR administrative processes, including onboarding logistics, performance evaluations, data management, and audit assistance.
This role is ideal for a detail oriented, service minded HR professional who enjoys keeping processes organized, supporting employees with care, and ensuring the behind the scenes details are handled thoughtfully and accurately. They are personable and responsive, able to build trust with employees while maintaining discretion and professionalism. They bring strong organizational skills, follow through, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, evolving environment. Above all, this person is eager to contribute to a collaborative HR team, strengthen the employee experience, and grow alongside the organization as it continues to expand. This is a full time in office position in Arlington, Massachusetts.
Salary Range: Min $50,000 | Mid $60,000 | Max $70,000

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Benefits Administration
- Serve as point of contact for employee benefits questions (health, dental, vision, fsa)
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations
- Support annual open enrollment process
- Maintain benefits files and required compliance documentation
Human Resources Support
- Provide administrative assistance with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support performance review management cycle
- Assist with annual compliance training tracking and organization
- Update employee records, including data entry and document organization
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- General administrative support to the HR team
- Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Associate’s degree or higher with 2+ years of administrative HR focused support, including benefits administration (not just general HR support)
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through; comfortable with recurring, process-driven work
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple timelines
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working within defined scopes and processes
Qualifications Desired:
- Experience working healthcare or mental health
- Experience in a high-volume administrative support role
