Core Responsibilities
Partner with senior leaders across Packing Technology and Operations to support business decisions and performance discussions.
Analyze operational and financial drivers, translating findings into actionable recommendations, opportunities, and risk awareness.
Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that simplify data and support confident decision-making.
Lead financial evaluations for automation, digitalization and technology investments, building clear business cases and proposals.
Collaborate across Finance communities to share learnings, improve processes, build, rebuild and inspire continuous improvement.
This role is based in Kladno, and no relocation support is offered for this role.

Within the LEGO Group®, Operations Finance partners closely with manufacturing and technology teams to support better decisions, stronger performance and sustainable value creation. As Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll help shape the future of the Kladno manufacturing site and Packing Technology by bringing financial insights into topics ranging from productivity improvements to automation investments and digital transformation initiatives.
Do you have what it takes?
University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering, Controlling, FP&A or Operations Finance environments.
Fluency in English
Experience from manufacturing, automotive, supply chain or operations finance environments.
Comfortable connecting business context, financial impact and data analysis to support decisions.
Skilled at communicating financial topics clearly while working effectively across organizational levels including senior leadership
What would be an advantage:
Fluency in Czech is an advantage
Familiarity with SAP, BW, Power BI, data modelling or business intelligence platforms.
