Description
A Key User is a recognized expert of one or more KONE capabilities in terms of process and /or IT product understanding. This role exists at Unit, Area and global level. The Key User is the primary support person for their scope and play a crucial role in ensuring the business benefit realization. Key Users are responsible for advising end users on how to use and get business value from processes and / or IT products, and act as first support for any issues. They participate on developing tools and solutions typically by reporting incidents, raising issues and improvement ideas.
The scope of e-banking user administration encompasses day-to-day activities related to user lifecycle management, including user creation, modification, deletion, and ongoing support across e-banking platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for all e-banking user administration requests.
Ensure end-to-end ownership and accountability for the user administration process.
Enhance process expertise through standardized documentation and knowledge sharing.
Reduce operational risk and improve audit compliance by ensuring consistent execution of controls.
Improve turnaround times, service quality, and communication with stakeholders.
Drive continuous process improvement by identifying efficiencies and implementing best practices.
Requirements
Experience working with business processes and IT tools/systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to support and train end users.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Fluent in English and the local language.
Project management experience is an advantage.
