Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Resolve identified engineering issues with manufacturing equipment to keep downtime to a minimum
• Develop competencies and skills for the maintenance team to improve equipment performance and efficiency
• Ensure all regulatory standards are followed, along with health, safety, and environmental
• To plan, coordinate, and implement shift maintenance activities by working with different parties to support production needs and to meet the company KPI
• You are required to work in a 12-hour shift /swing shift or normal hours, whichever is best for supporting production needs, as determined by your supervisor
• Ensure the production equipment is under control and the quality of the product meets expectations
• Implement a Preventive/Predictive maintenance program.
• Monitor equipment performance key indicators, set goals, and drive the team to meet expectations
• Provide necessary production support
• Establish an indirect spare inventory system for key equipment
• Sustain and improve the key performance indices of the equipment through continuous improvement activities/projects
• Establish a team to work on continuous improvement projects align to organization objective
• Implement productivity improvement programs
• Reduce costs through continuous cost-reduction efforts
• Identify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programs
• Monitor spare costs and drive down liabilities of spare inventories
• Responsible to plan, coordinate and implement all manufacturing equipment installation, maintenance, and sustaining activities

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Bachelor/Master’s degree, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of industrial experience in direct Wafer FAB equipment maintenance
• Experience in semiconductor chemical etching & cleaning equipment
• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing
• Broad technical knowledge and strong leadership skills to lead an engineering team in equipment troubleshooting, installation, qualification, and maintenance
• Independent, resourceful, and initiative
• Fresh graduates are welcome
