The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to take ownership of our largest U.S. retail accounts, including national distributors and major retailers such as Target, Walmart, Hy-Vee, BFG, and Arett.
This role is focused on managing established buyer relationships from end to end, ensuring strong commercial performance, accurate forecasting, and seamless day-to-day account management. You'll become the primary point of contact for key buyers, allowing leadership to focus on strategy and business growth.

What You'll Do
Account Management

Manage day-to-day communication with key retail buyers.

Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.

Coordinate product setup, retailer portals, pricing, and submissions.

Forecast demand and sales in collaboration with Supply Chain.

Monitor sales performance, profitability, and account health.
-
Identify growth opportunities and proactively address risks.
Commercial Operations

Plan and coordinate promotions with the Marketing team.

Organize trade shows, including logistics, staffing, and follow-up.

Maintain retailer portals and product information.

Coordinate buyer-facing marketing assets and sales materials.

Keep HubSpot updated with activities, notes, forecasts, and opportunities.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience managing U.S. B2B key accounts.

Experience working directly with buyers at national retailers or distributors.

Strong relationship management and communication skills.

Experience with sales forecasting and demand planning.

Solid understanding of pricing strategy and profit margins.

Experience planning and supporting trade shows.
-
Strong CRM experience (HubSpot or similar).
-
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Full-time availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.

Based in Latin America.
