Your mission

Sales/product related:

• Gain market share ( including responsible for sellin_GMV)
• Business analysis of global picture and challenging problem solve solution.
• Help line and follow up :1）Sales plan execution and catch up target. 2）Price monitoring between offline and online channel to balance offline channels. 3）Action plan

Operation:

WTS

• Responsable for registrating all activities
• Manage and optimize inside media package performance to generate more traffic and conversion to increase sales.
• More practice on consumer insight analysis and co-work with OPTIMO and buyer help Klorane diagnosis to find business opportunity.
• Benchmark hair competitor's action study (integrate offline and online)
• Trade material & all brand assets follow up and optimize (Contact window mkt/VM)
• CRM & consumer insights: Analyze consumer journey & segmentation to help business strategy

KA ( Hyper SAMS/ CS )

• Responsible for helping distributor together negocier with retailer, coordinator internal and external to guarantee smooth processing everything ( Value chain / POG / mkt assets etc.)
• Price control between offline channels

Distributor management & Platform resource negotiation

Distributor

• Inventory report check on monthly basis in order to control reasonable sell in
• Platform bill check on monthly basis to control promotion cost 
• Daily control and manage distributor ( Price & leakage )

Retailer

• Keep relationship with channel and as key window to platforms to get their support and engagement (Especially OPTIMO & purchase team)
• Periodic business insight discussion and expense investment review
• Close work connection with line for work reporting

Other ad-hoc tasks required by line manager with respect of time delivery.
