A high-growth precision diagnostics company is seeking a VP of Sales to lead commercial expansion and drive adoption of an innovative oncology diagnostic platform.
Overview
This role will lead sales strategy, business development, and account growth while building a national sales team. The position starts hands-on and evolves into leading a team of 10–15 representatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategy and drive new business growth
- Re-engage and expand existing/legacy accounts
- Build and lead a national sales team
- Develop scalable sales processes and compensation plans
- Drive adoption with oncology providers and health systems
- Support reimbursement and market access efforts
Ideal Background
- Sales leadership experience in CLIA/lab diagnostics
- Strong oncology sales experience
- Knowledge of reimbursement and payer dynamics
- Proven ability to build and scale sales teams
