Overview
The Courtesy Patrol Officer is responsible for observing and reporting all incidents that occur on assigned properties, enforcing property rules and regulations, and escalating concerns to property management or law enforcement as necessary. Key responsibilities include maintaining daily activity reports, utilizing incident reports to document various activities, receiving calls from management, and performing general cleaning duties. Candidates must have a current Level 2 Unarmed TOPS License, be able to obtain security equipment (belt, handcuffs, flashlight, pepper spray), have a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably two years of security experience. The role requires continuous standing and walking, ability to lift 40 pounds, and schedule flexibility including nights and weekends.
