Overview
As a Courtesy Patrol Officer at Siegel Suites and Select, you'll be responsible for observing and reporting all incidents that occur on assigned properties while enforcing property rules and regulations. Your duties include maintaining daily activity reports, documenting patrol activities, guest communications, property violations, and safety concerns. You'll also conduct light surveys, vacancy inspections, and coordinate with property management and law enforcement as needed. The role requires a current Level 2 Unarmed TOPS License, ability to obtain security equipment, and high school diploma or equivalent. Previous security experience is strongly preferred. The position involves continuous standing and walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, and requires schedule flexibility including nights and weekends.
