Job description 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Associate to join our team in the Netherlands. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of payroll clients, delivering accurate and compliant payroll processing, for both international and local companies. 

You will work under supervision of experienced payroll team members that support you with payroll-related compliance and consulting inquiries and constantly improves processes and drive operational excellence.

• have a bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field 

• have interest in local tax and labor legislation 

• have up to 4 years of relevant working payroll experience  

• good Excel skills and attention to detail 

• are accurate, have a critical mindset, good writing skills and a practical and hands-on attitude  

• enjoy working in a team but are also comfortable working independently 

• have great communication skills and are fluent in English/Dutch skills in speaking and writing.
