About the Role
To support Associated Medical Professionals clinic(s) by providing exceptional leadership in the clinical and clerical operations.

What You’ll Be Doing
The Practice Manager will work closely with the COO to ensure optimal patient care and efficient patient flow from the reception department throughout the clinical areas.
Leads a team through staffing and leadership.
Plan and prioritizes workflow with the goal of maximizing the efficiency and quality standard of the medical office clerical and clinical operations.
Interact with the physicians, COO and People Operations to establish and implement action plans designed to maximize the effectiveness of the clinic.
Creates policies and procedures focused on continuous improvement and solutions to daily issues.
Works with People Operations to ensure that each office location is properly staffed for efficient operation of daily business.
Coordinates proper training process for all newly hired clerical and clinical staff.
Communicates realistic expectations to staff and works closely with Team Leaders to monitor progress and quality.
Analyzes patient needs and practice objectives with employee competencies to position staff to most effectively utilize individual skills and strengths.
Creates and maintains patient templates ensuring patients are scheduled in proper blocks of time for each physician.
Works with the Revenue Cycle to ensure proper procedures are followed during patient check- in and check-out to secure accurate patient financial data.
Approves office staff work schedules, Paid Time Off requests and payroll timesheets as well as processes employee performance reviews in a timely manner.
Delegates the responsibilities of ordering and tracking all office supplies (verifies packing slips) and maintenance of storage areas.
Creates communications and spread sheets as requested by leadership.
Communicates effectively to physicians and leaders relative to all aspects of operations on a daily basis.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What We Expect from You
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Preferred NYS LPN/ RN licensure
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
Minimum of five (5) in Leadership role
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have thorough knowledge in computer information systems.

Salary Range: Please note that the salary range for this position will vary based on experience level, education and geographical location.
