### About this opportunity
Join Ericsson's Marketing & Communications Hub, our global in-house agency, as a Marketing Automation Campaign Manager. In this role, you will lead the execution and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns using Adobe Marketo Engage, helping drive engagement, lead generation, and business impact across the Americas region. You will work closely with marketing, sales, analytics, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment.
### What you will do
- Execute and optimize end-to-end marketing campaigns using Marketo.
- Build and manage email campaigns, nurture programs, and customer journeys.
- Translate business requirements into automated marketing solutions.
- Support audience segmentation, lead nurturing, and personalization strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders and provide campaign guidance.
- Manage campaign processes between Marketo and Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure delivery excellence.

### The skills you bring
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage.
- Strong background in marketing automation and campaign management.
- Experience with lead nurturing, segmentation, email marketing, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
- Marketo certification is an advantage
