Are you a hospitality-driven leader with a passion for service excellence? As a Dining Services Manager, you will lead dining operations that create exceptional experiences for residents, guests, and associates.
In this role, you will oversee multiple dining venues, inspire a high-performing team, and ensure every interaction reflects quality, professionalism, and care. Your leadership will directly impact resident satisfaction, team engagement, and overall community success.

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily dining operations across one or more venues, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction
- Foster a hospitality-focused culture by engaging with residents and modeling service excellence
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members including servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Hire, onboard, and train staff while supporting ongoing performance management and development
- Create and manage schedules to align staffing with operational needs and budget goals
- Monitor labor, inventory, and operational costs to support financial performance
- Conduct inventory audits and maintain accurate purchasing and operational records
- Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and menu execution
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dining environment
- Gather and respond to resident feedback to continuously enhance the dining experience
- Collaborate across departments to support community operations and the resident experience
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum of three (3) years of food service experience in a supervisory role
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in a hospitality or dining environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dining operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Food Handler’s Certification required; ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
