🚀 We're Hiring: Purchasing Manager 🚀
At Sanhua Mexico, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Purchasing Manager to join our team in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila.
This role is ideal for procurement professionals with a strong background in manufacturing, supplier development, strategic sourcing, and cost optimization. You will play a key role in ensuring supply continuity, driving purchasing excellence, and supporting the company's growth through effective supplier partnerships and procurement strategies.
✅ Lead sourcing and supplier selection initiatives
✅ Manage raw materials, indirect materials, MRO, services, and CAPEX procurement projects
✅ Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with suppliers
✅ Drive cost reduction initiatives and procurement KPI performance
✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and business objectives
✅ Develop and strengthen supplier networks across Mexico
📌 Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of purchasing and strategic sourcing experience in manufacturing
• Strong supplier management and contract negotiation skills
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and CAPEX projects
• Budget management and procurement KPI reporting experience
• Advanced project management and leadership skills
• Fluent English (C1)
