Are you an enthusiastic undergraduate student looking to gain hands-on experience in business strategy, marketing operations, analytics, and project management? In this role, you'll have the opportunity to support strategic initiatives, analyze performance metrics, develop executive communications, and collaborate with teams across Marketing, Digital, Customer Experience, and Analytics. You'll gain valuable exposure to how a large organization sets priorities, measures success, and drives meaningful business outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support business planning activities, strategic initiatives, and operational processes across Canada's Marketing organization.
• Analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and help develop reports, dashboards, and performance scorecards for leadership.
• Assist with project coordination and stakeholder engagement for cross-functional initiatives and strategic priorities.
• Prepare presentations, briefing materials, executive communications, newsletters, and organizational updates for leadership meetings and town halls.
• Gather, organize, and summarize information from teams across Marketing, Digital, Customer Experience, Analytics, and other partner groups.
• Support special projects focused on improving processes, operational effectiveness, reporting capabilities, and overall team performance.
• Build tools, templates, and resources that help teams work more efficiently and consistently.
• Participate in meetings, working sessions, and presentations while contributing ideas and recommendations that support business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• A proactive mindset, strong initiative, and willingness to learn new tools and concepts.
• Experience with reporting, data analysis, dashboard development, Power BI, or project coordination is considered an asset.

Salary range is expected to be between
$40,950.00 CAD - $56,550.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work term.
