Job Overview: Winter 2027 Co-op - Platform Integrations/eCommerce As a Winter 2027 Co-op - Platform Integrations/eCommerce in Burlington, MA at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. Shift/Schedule: The KDP 2027 Winter Co-op Program will run from January 4th - May 21st, 2027 Location: Burlington, MA Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Hybrid; In office Tues- Thurs As a Platform Integrations/eCommerce Co-op you will: Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and maintain features for web-based e-commerce applications. Work with front-end frameworks such as React to implement customer-facing user interfaces. Gain experience using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern development practices, including code reviews, version control (Git), and agile workflows. Assist in building and testing back-end services (Node.js, Express, or similar) and connecting them to databases (SQL/NoSQL). Learn to integrate with third-party e-commerce APIs and services using GraphQL and REST Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and improving application performance and reliability. Follow established software development standards and contribute to documentation to ensure consistency across the team. Engage in team standups, sprint planning, and knowledge-sharing sessions to understand how large-scale e-commerce systems are built and operated. Elements of the KDP 2027 Co-op Program include: Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment Receive mentor support for your professional development Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business Total Rewards: $31/hr Paid bi-weekly $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment Requirements: Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Computer Science or another Software Engineering related field Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes Please note: You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
