Job Description:

The Global Partnership Director is a senior leader responsible for defining and leading Pluxee's global strategic partnership strategy. This role plays a pivotal part in expanding Pluxee’s ecosystem through the creation, development, and scaling of high-impact alliances with external partners—including digital platforms, technology providers, fintechs, content creators, and adjacent service providers. Operating in a B2B2C environment, this role aligns external capabilities with internal innovation, product development, and commercial objectives.
The role reports to the Chief Product Officer and works cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Marketing, Data, Technology, and Country Teams.

As Partnerships Director, you will lead the development and execution of a global partnership strategy designed to enhance our offers and accelerate their usage across our three core personas: clients, consumers, and merchants. You will identify, structure, and manage strategic partnerships that complement our value proposition and contribute directly to business performance. This role includes full ownership of the performance of these partnerships, from design to delivery.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead a global partnership strategy aligned with business priorities and local market needs.

• Identify and secure partnerships that enrich our offers and increase adoption across clients, consumers, and merchants.

• Structure and negotiate high-impact agreements (e.g., co-development, integrations, co-marketing, strategic alliances).

• Collaborate with product, M&A, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure alignment and execution.

• Own the performance of partnerships, including tracking KPIs, usage metrics, and business impact.

• Act as a global point of contact for partnership initiatives across all 30 countries.

• Build and maintain a strong ecosystem of partners and represent the company externally.

Profile & Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or corporate strategy.

• Proven track record of delivering measurable impact through partnerships.

• Strong understanding of value creation across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C models.

• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus.

• Experience in global or multi-market roles is highly valued.
