Finance Help our finance team provide global support to every business area and keep key stakeholders on track for excellent financial performance. Interning here is your opportunity to understand how a global organization manages its business and finances in one of the most dynamic industries in the world. You’ll rotate through different functions and always work on live projects alongside professional accountants. If you’re looking for truly complex challenges with real impact, this internship will give you the opportunities and support to start solving them. Human Resources If you’re interested in working in Human Resources (HR), our internships offer unique insights into a business that has succeeded by recruiting talented people and putting them in a position to succeed. You’ll work across the business and collaborate with different areas giving you a greater understanding of the role of HR in a global business and where your skills could make a difference. Supply Chain You’ll work on a varied range of projects to understand how we manage our complex, international supply chain and get the essential items our people need in the right place at the right time. It’s an important part of any business but especially ours. The experience you gain will help you progress in an exciting supply chain career in an international environment. We have opportunities many areas including but not limited to Procurement, Sourcing, Logistic, Material Management, Supply Planning, Warehouse Management, and Facility Management. To apply, you must be studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, industrial distribution, business administration, engineering, or management. HSE Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) You'll gain hands-on experience supporting initiatives that promote a strong safety culture, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance. You'll work alongside experienced professionals on real projects, helping identify risks, improve processes, and contribute to safe and sustainable operations. This internship offers valuable exposure to HSE practices in a global energy company and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one. To apply, you must be studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. Marketing and Communications You'll support projects that enhance brand awareness, employee engagement, and stakeholder communications. You'll gain experience developing content, supporting campaigns, coordinating events, and collaborating with teams across the business. This internship provides the opportunity to build practical skills while contributing to meaningful initiatives in a dynamic and global organization. To apply, you must be studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business, or a related field. * Must have completed at least two years of undergraduate study in one of the disciplines listed above. * Demonstrated willingness to learn and take on new challenges. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Willingness to relocate or work in a different city during the internship period, as some opportunities are based in field locations. * Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment. Additional Information * Internships are typically 10-12 weeks in duration and take place during the summer. * Co-op opportunities and extended internships are limited and may not be available in all locations or functions.
