- Maintain accurate forecasting tools, sales trackers, distributor scorecards, assortment records, and commercial documentation to support effective business management.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for distributor partners, ensuring timely follow-up on action items, issue resolution, promotional execution, and retail and e-commerce initiatives to drive strong in-market performance.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support distributor meetings, customer engagement, market visits, regional events, and business reviews.

- 4-6 years of account management, sales, distributor management, or business development experience within prestige beauty, skincare, wellness, personal care, or consumer products.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with distributor partners and internal stakeholders.
