The Role & What You Will Be Doing

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference, and here’s how the Senior Product Manager role will make an impact by:

Role responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning & Market Intelligence: Analyze market dynamics to craft localized brand strategies aligned with global objectives

• Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to maximize ROI and market share

• Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership: Translate high-level strategy into tactical execution plans; align cross-functional teams (Sales, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory)

• Partner closely with Medical Representatives, Key Account Representatives and Regional Managers to drive alignment and flawless field execution

• Ensure all initiatives meet timeline goals, quality standards, and ethical compliance guidelines

• External Stakeholder Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) 

• Performance & KPI Monitoring: Track campaign KPIs and adapt tactical planning proactively to optimize results.

• Business Acumen & Insight: Skilled at modeling complex market data, challenging the status quo, and making sound decisions

• Agile Communication & Leadership: A collaborative team player who actively listens, values diverse perspectives, and persuades effectively through consensus and clear vision

• Drive for Results: High level of tenacity, accountability, and adaptability to meet challenging targets

• Integrity: Highly trustworthy, open, and committed to corporate compliance standards

• Fixed-term 2-year contract of employment

About Your Skills & Experience

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:

• Education: University degree in Life Sciences or a related field (Medical degree is preferred)

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Product Management. Established KOL network/relationships.

• Therapeutic Expertise: Experience in one or more relevant therapeutic areas (CNS, Vaccines, Cardiology).

• Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Skills: Strong analytical, computer, and organizational abilities.

• Clean driving license and availability for traveling
