Schedule: Full Time | Monday-Friday | 8am - 4:30pm

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver direct patient care and injury prevention counseling to families, improving safety knowledge and reducing preventable injuries.
• Analyze injury registry data and community needs to guide effective injury prevention programs and measurable quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead injury prevention initiatives that promote safer behaviors, strengthen community health, and reduce injury incidence across populations.
• Coordinate research projects, data collection, and family surveys to advance evidence-based injury prevention strategies and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and hospital staff to expand care coordination, prevention resources, and safety initiatives.
• Provide injury prevention education and resources while supporting clinical teams through clear communication, program implementation, and outcome evaluation.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need

• CPST (Child Passenger Safety Technician) certification preferred upon hire.
