    • Identify, qualify, and onboard investors, including banks, FinCos, institutional investors, and infrastructure funds, for buy-side and sell-side EaaS, solar, and BESS transactions.
    • Collaborate with company Sales Executives to cross sell customers into Redaptive’s renewable energy project financing solutions when applicable.
    • Source qualified investors for buy-side equipment finance transactions.
    • Build a repeatable syndication platform: investor coverage model, appetite mapping, and pipeline tracking.
    • Develop a comprehensive syndication strategy to achieve or exceed funding targets.
    • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adapt the syndication strategy accordingly.

  • Relationship Management:
    • Heavy focus on capital markets activity with banks and FinCos.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors, understanding their appetite and providing tailored transaction opportunities.
    • Conduct regular investor meetings, presentations, and negotiations to showcase the benefits of Redaptive’s EaaS, solar, battery, and equipment finance offerings.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery, addressing investor diligence requests promptly and effectively.

  • Transaction Execution and Deal Structuring:
    • Manage syndication processes end to end, including preparing offering materials, running investor outreach, negotiating term sheets, and closing.
    • Work closely with project development, finance, and legal teams to structure and negotiate transactions that align investor requirements with Redaptive’s financial goals.
    • Define pricing, terms, residual assumptions, and return thresholds.
    • Prepare and present financial models, feasibility studies, and investment proposals to prospective investors, highlighting the financial benefits and risks associated with each transaction.
    • Lead contract negotiations and review legal terms, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
    • Typical structures include EaaS, power purchase agreements (PPAs), energy service agreements, equipment loans and leases.

  • Market Intelligence and Reporting:
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and policy changes affecting energy and equipment finance markets.
  • Provide regular reports, including funding forecasts, market analysis, and competitor insights to the management team.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop promotional materials and represent Redaptive at industry conferences and capital markets events.
    • Other duties as assigned.

  • Sales Leadership & Commercial Support
    • Act as the capital market and financing subject-matter expert for sales and commercial teams.
    • Support late-stage and strategic customer negotiations where financing structure is a differentiator.
    • Translate customer needs into executable financing and syndication solutions.
    • Enable financing as a competitive differentiator to improve win rate.
    • Support Sales Enablement Team on training sales teams on financing options and value positioning.

Required Abilities and Skills:
