Pricing Manager – Eastern Europe & Mediterranean

We are looking for a hands-on Pricing Manager to lead frontline pricing execution and support the ongoing pricing transformation across business lines and regions in Eastern Europe & Mediterranean.

The role strengthens pricing transparency, governance, and data-driven decision making, while working closely with Business Lines, Regions, Europe Area, and Global teams. It is a highly collaborative position with strong exposure to commercial leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Pricing Execution

• Lead yearly and quarterly price adjustments based on market, cost, and competitive developments.

• Drive pricing initiatives such as pricing rooms and pricing committees to support margin and profitability improvement.

• Support sales teams with pricing guidance, deal and tender analysis, and discount recommendations.

• Ensure list and tender prices are correctly maintained in CPQ/ERP systems in collaboration with Business Lines.

Pricing Transformation & Governance

• Execute pricing transformation initiatives aligned with Europe and Global pricing frameworks, tools, and processes.

• Promote customer-centric and value-based pricing practices across commercial teams.

• Apply pricing policies, discount corridors, DoA, and governance standards.

• Identify pricing leakage and support corrective actions together with stakeholders.

Analytics & Insights

• Deliver pricing analyses and insights (e.g. PVM, discount trends, win/loss, profitability).

• Run profitability simulations and scenario analyses to support commercial decision making.

• Develop and track pricing KPIs and reporting.

Collaboration & Capability Building

• Partner closely with Business Lines and Frontline leadership on pricing decisions.

• Support pricing capability building through training and knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate with regional and global pricing teams to align standards and best practices.

• Effective execution of pricing governance forums and initiatives.

• Adoption of pricing tools, processes, and KPIs.

• Strong data-driven support to commercial and leadership decisions.

Ideal Profile

• University degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related field

• Solid experience in pricing, commercial, business analytics, finance, or related roles

• Strong understanding of pricing execution, discount management, and margin improvement

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights

• Comfortable working across functions and influencing stakeholders

• Able to operate in a changing environment and support transformation initiatives

• Fluent English required
