Overview

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Security & Investigations Manager!

 

The Corporate Security & Investigations Manager is responsible for a variety of security-related functions, including internal investigations, security assessments, the development and implementation of security best practices, and security consulting and training. This position acts as a liaison with Law Enforcement Officers and assists the Corporate Security & Investigations Director with program development and projects.

 

This position is located at our Global Headquarters (600 Corporate Park Drive, Clayton, MO 63105), with an in-office schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations relating to fraud, data manipulation, theft, computer fraud, threats, property destruction and conflict of interest, and make appropriate recommendations to sustain strengths and eliminate weaknesses identified by investigations
• Conduct event security site assessments and security coverage
• Work in close collaboration with a variety of functions, including Business Management, Human Resources, Risk Management, Legal, Information Security, Facilities Management, Corporate Communications and Customer Service
• Assist in the development, implementation and review of Security Program processes and procedures
• Prepare and disseminate written Security Program guidance
• Provide training in security-related areas such as fraud detection and prevention, credit-card fraud, asset protection, investigations, personnel security, facilities security and workplace violence
• Provide security assessments, site surveys and security-related consulting services
• Develop and maintain relationships with law-enforcement and governmental counterparts at the local, state, and federal levels both domestically and internationally; as well as with corporate security counterparts at all levels
• Interact with security equipment, services, and technology vendors and provide product and service assessments
• Participate in process-improvement teams on a variety of issues

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid passport for international travel
• Fifteen (15+) years of law enforcement experience
• Ten (10+) years of experience leading and conducting complex internal and external fraud investigations, as well as enterprise-level criminal investigations
• Have established contacts and good working relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must have a valid driver's license with no alcohol or drug related event within the last 5 years and no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years 

Preferred:

• Working knowledge of security equipment, systems, procedures and standards
• Medical experience/training, such as First Aid, CPR, AED, or other advanced certifications
• Ability to meet and obtain LEOSA annual certification requirements
• Executive protection experience to include site surveys and security assessments
