Impact you can create in the role 

• Keep day‑to‑day boutique administration on track by following Standard Operating Procedures and managing key correspondence between boutique and office. 

• Support people moves smoothly by coordinating onboarding and staff transfers with relevant stakeholders. 

• Maintain accurate records for boutique expenditure, overtime, compensation‑off and attendance/leave reporting. 

• Enable effective manpower planning by preparing monthly rosters and coordinating training and monthly activities with the Retail Office. 

• Ensure a seamless workplace experience by liaising with vendors, internal teams and mall management on boutique maintenance and daily operational needs. 

• Own replenishment and inventory follow‑up for POS and printing materials, plus marketing and clienteling resources based on usage. 

• Provide clear reporting and ad‑hoc support to the Boutique Management team to help decision‑making and operational readiness.

• Working with diverse stakeholders and being the reliable point of contact for boutique support. 

• Balancing routine administration with ad‑hoc tasks, and staying calm under time pressure.

• Contributing to a polished boutique experience by ensuring resources, maintenance and communication run smoothly.

• Strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and a collaborative team spirit. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 

• Fluency in spoken and written English
