- Meet virtually with members to review available programs and services.
- Answer questions and provide straightforward explanations of coverage options.
- Identify each member’s individual needs and help them understand suitable solutions.
- Assist with applications, documentation, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up with members and provide continued support when needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized client information.
- Deliver dependable and professional service throughout every interaction.

- Strong listening, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Dependable and capable of managing a schedule independently.
- Organized with good attention to detail.

- Previous customer service, sales, or client-facing experience is an advantage but not necessary.
