- Support and own deliverables that contribute to key results (e.g., process flows, pain point analyses, requirements documentation, use cases, kickoff decks)
🔹 Business & Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a strategic business and thought partner to difference Finance leaders
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with key stakeholders to gather input, align on priorities, and refine deliverables
- Identify upstream and downstream dependencies with other programs or initiatives and collaborate across teams accordingly
- Ensure all recommendations and designs align with enterprise or global standards
🔹 Agile Delivery & Ceremonies
- Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning
- Own and manage work in Jira including the team backlog, ensuring stories are well-groomed and prioritized across current sprints and program increments
- Balance competing priorities to maximize business value delivery
🔹 Product Quality & Continuous Improvement
- Validate completed work against defined acceptance criteria and business needs in collaboration with QA teams
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and end-users to iteratively improve product functionality and user experience
- Conduct code reviews and establish standards for technical documentation and release planning
🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and fellow product owners to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with Business Product Owners in adjacent domains (e.g., Performance Management) when processes span shared systems and data
- Support change management efforts and drive adoption of new solutions across finance functions
🔹 Program Governance & Performance Tracking
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track the effectiveness of transformation initiatives
- Support program governance activities including status reporting and executive readouts
- Build roadmaps and logically sequence recommendations while accounting for parallel or dependent initiatives
Qualifications:
