Our Product Owners take ownership, make decisions, removes obstacle and drives for value. The role ensures our teams deliver the right value at the right time by balancing stakeholder needs, technical constraints and business priorities.
What you will be doing:
- Own the product vision, roadmap and backlog for your product area.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear, prioritised work that maximises value.
- Measure outcomes rather than outputs using data to continuously improve the product.
- take accountability for product quality and delivery.
- Build relationships across the organisation through credibility, transparency and consistent delivery.
Position qualifications:
- Technical competency to have meaningful conversations with engineers
- Ability to prioritise tasks based on the technical input (effort, complexity, sustainability)
- Understanding on how the product is integrated within the ecosystem of other products and other departments (System)
- Knowledge foundation of a High Integrity development process and certification
- Basic understanding technical of complexity and effort drivers to differentiate between different solutions
- Ability to structure work in a collaboration tools and apply agile metrics
