What You'll Do
Our client is a leading provider of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and building systems solutions seeking a Senior Service Technician to provide hands-on service and troubleshooting for commercial equipment and systems.
What You'll Do
- Perform VFD startups, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Lead VFD retrofit projects and coordinate field resources
- Train and support service technicians
- Work with manufacturers to resolve product issues
- Collaborate with the sales team on customer needs and opportunities
- Provide technical support on complex service calls
- Support the growth of the VFD aftermarket business
- Help improve service capabilities and processes
- 5+ years of VFD/drives service experience preferred
- Experience with VFD startups, commissioning, troubleshooting, and retrofits
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership or technician training experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform the physical requirements of field service work
