Join M.I.K.I.D. and help make a meaningful impact by leading marketing and community engagement initiatives that support children, youth, and families across Arizona. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to oversee branding, communications, public relations, social media, website content, and community outreach while ensuring consistent, mission-driven messaging. This leadership role manages staff, contractors, and external partners, develops marketing strategies, supports fundraising and awareness campaigns, oversees branding across multiple locations, and collaborates with departments, board members, and community stakeholders to advance organizational goals.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant marketing experience, including nonprofit experience, with strong communication, project management, and leadership skills. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, social media platforms, and volunteer management software is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing budgets, supervising staff, creating compelling content, coordinating media relations, and supporting community events. This hybrid position requires up to 20% statewide travel, a valid Arizona driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card. A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
