About the Role
We’re looking for a highly analytical Paid Media Specialist with strong ecommerce experience. This role is hands-on and performance-driven, managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, with monthly budgets ranging from $5,000 to $100,000+ USD.
The role focuses primarily on Google Ads (70%), with Meta Ads (30%), and works closely with creative and performance teams to drive scalable growth.
Responsibilities
Campaign Management

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads

Plan, build, and launch campaigns aligned with ecommerce goals and conversion strategies

Execute structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages

Monitor performance across CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs

Manage monthly ad budgets from $5,000 to $100,000+ USD
Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze performance data across platforms to identify optimization and scaling opportunities

Prepare clear weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights

Translate data into recommendations to improve efficiency and growth
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with creative, email/CRM, merchandising, and operations teams

Communicate performance insights and testing learnings proactively

Support broader ecommerce initiatives with data-driven inputs
Technical & Operational Excellence

Ensure accurate tracking, conversion setup, and event integrity

QA all campaign launches to maintain operational accuracy

Maintain organized documentation of tests, changes, and results
Requirements
Must-Have
-
3+ years of experience in paid media or digital marketing (ecommerce-focused)
-
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, with some exposure to TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Experience managing performance-driven KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, revenue)

Proven ability to manage and scale campaigns with significant budgets

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

Clear communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
Nice-to-Have

Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar tools

Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms

Exposure to email/CRM tools like Klaviyo or HubSpot
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM CST
Compensation: Contractor model - USD salary.
Location: 100% remote
