Description
Job Purpose
The BDM will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring customers, and promoting SGNL’s financial products. The role requires strong market understanding and the ability to achieve business targets.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads and convert them into customers
Promote and sell SGNL financial products (loans, savings schemes, etc.)
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets
Conduct field visits and market research to identify potential clients
Develop strategies to expand customer base and branch business
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process and customer service
Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
