Position Title: Account Executive

Job Description
The Account Executive will drive new business with growing and scaling MSPs. This role requires a consultative sales approach, a deep understanding of the MSP ecosystem, and the ability to navigate complex B2B SaaS deals involving multiple stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire growing MSPs with 30–1,000 clients. Generate pipeline, manage sales cycles, and close high-value SaaS deals.
- Conduct discovery, tailor solutions, and present Phin’s value proposition through customized product demos.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across target accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations and navigate procurement processes to finalize agreements.
- Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, manage pipeline stages, and forecast revenue reliably.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS B2B sales, with a focus on MSP clients with 100 or more clients
- Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and close large deals
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including to C-level executives
- Deep understanding of MSP and SaaS ecosystems
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Self-motivation, ownership mindset, and the ability to work independently
