SALARY RANGE of 45k to 65k PLUS depending on skills, dependability, and ability to get the job done in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the general ledger with accuracy
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with month-end close
- Manage payroll entries and coordinate with payroll providers
- Track expenses, receipts, and vendor documentation
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and year-end preparation
- Support the accounting team with audits and compliance tasks
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in [industry—construction, retail, nonprofit, etc.]
- Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP, Paychex, Gusto, etc.)
