Role Overview
As a PMO Analyst, you will serve as a vital driver within the Europe Together (EuTO) program—one of the most strategic transformation initiatives shaping European Supply Management. In this impactful position, you will help leverage the scale and expertise of a multi-country organization to accelerate value creation, enforce robust governance, and streamline the execution of cross-border sourcing projects. By embedding high-quality analytical capabilities and project management rigor directly into the team, you will enhance operational transparency, safeguard data integrity, and play a key role in delivering on the broader strategic roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis, you will manage and refine tracking applications like Smartsheet and Power BI, consolidating critical inputs from cross-functional buying teams to build clear, reliable performance reporting. You will actively support governance operations by preparing executive-ready presentation materials for steering committees and leadership reviews, tracking action items, and ensuring seamless alignment across regional stakeholders. Additionally, your daily routine will involve conducting ad-hoc analytical assessments to guide decision-making, helping sourcing managers structure initiative business cases, maintaining the central knowledge repository, and continuously optimizing project management standards and digital tools across European operations.
Requirements
You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with two to three years of experience in project management office, consulting, business analysis, or data analytics roles, ideally within an international or multi-country environment. You possess advanced proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation tools, combined with strong practical familiarity with modern digital platforms like Power BI, Smartsheet, and SharePoint. With complete fluency in English—and ideally an additional European language—you bring outstanding analytical capabilities, a knack for distilling complex data into clear strategic insights for executive audiences, and a continuous improvement mindset that enables you to navigate complex matrix environments with confidence.
