Data Capture Job Description:

Msuez Uk is a leading data capture company in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Capture Specialist. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately capture and input data into our systems
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any data discrepancies
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
• Continuously improve data capture processes and systems
• Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies
• Provide training and support to other team members as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in data entry and typing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with data management and analysis software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in data entry or data management is preferred
