Position: Data Capture Specialist
Msuez Uk is a leading data capture company with a global presence, providing innovative solutions to clients around the world. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Capture Specialist to join our team in Cape Town, South Africa.
As a Data Capture Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently capturing data from various sources and inputting it into our systems. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure that all data is captured according to their specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately capture data from various sources and input it into our systems
- Work closely with clients to understand their data capture requirements
- Ensure all data is captured according to client specifications and quality standards
- Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in the data
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Keep accurate records of all data captured
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates and address any issues
- Continuously improve data capture processes and procedures
- Stay updated on industry developments and new technologies related to data capture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in data capture or data entry
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when necessary
- Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality regulations
