About Job

•  

  • Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and user applications. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues across Windows and macOS. 

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, and AV equipment. 

  • Support user onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, account provisioning, and software installation. 

  • Perform OS imaging, re-imaging, and software patch management. 

  • Assist users with basic network connectivity issues across LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet access. 

  • Monitor the server room and related infrastructure—including network, power, and humidity—on a weekly basis, and provide status reports. 

  • Manage and resolve requests through the ticketing system within defined SLAs. 

  • Support meeting room AV systems and video conferencing tools, including for business meetings as required. 

  • Maintain and track IT assets, including registration, updates, and audit support. 

  • Coordinate site IT audits as required, and follow IT policies, security standards, and escalation procedures. 

  • Adhere strictly to global and site-specific processes and policies without deviation. 

  • Manage vendor relationships, including contacting vendors and suppliers for technical support, billing, and new requirements.
