- Participates in general cleaning, painting, and repair work.
- Performs light plumbing on toilets, sinks, shower/tubs, and other as needed.
- Performs preventative maintenance as needed.
- Checks building at beginning and end of shifts.
- Makes carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs.
- Assists in pest control as required.
- Picks up and delivers supplies and materials to rooms.
- May complete purchase order ensuring receipt is obtained.
- Ability to perform tasks on the computer including working with Microsoft 360, Excel, Word and other basic programs.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage and reliable transportation.
- Pass criminal background check and other regulatory checks.
- Provide proof of your education.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have working knowledge of repair procedures for walls, flooring, windows, doors, and installation of hardware.
- Must have a working knowledge of painting, plumbing, refrigeration, electrical repairs and maintenance, minor commercial HVAC repairs and knowledge of HVAC components.
- Working knowledge of TPO roof maintenance, refrigeration, auto mechanics, yard work techniques, and related tools.
- Must have experience in securing contractors for outsourcing and have knowledge of pricing for purchase order requests.
