As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on overseeing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout testing activities. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving methodologies to ensure that testing outcomes meet the highest standards and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of automation strategies to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster continuous improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate testing processes to identify areas for enhancement and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management.
- Strong expertise in designing and executing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Experience with quality assurance methodologies and best practices in software testing.
- Ability to analyze complex testing scenarios and develop effective automation solutions.
- Familiarity with integrating automation tools into continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Test Management.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
